The Story of Us
In March 2022, PJ had only been in the city for a few weeks and was getting ready to settle into the “single in SF” phase of his life (having a good time exploring Westwood and other Marina bars every week). Morgan was on another path - she was on her second stint in SF post COVID, had her Hinge minimum age set to 28 and likely wouldn’t have been caught dead at Westwood.
On the morning of the 13th, PJ was at Washington Square with Rip, nursing his hangover, when Morgan strolled into the park. She was last-minute dog sitting for her friends (shout out to Moose MacDonald). PJ immediately noticed the blonde hair and athletic build…and was interested.
After a not-so-subtle ball toss in Morgan’s direction, PJ broke the ice with the classic “what breed is he” opener, and initiated their first ever conversation. After some admittedly bad flirting, exchanging of information, and a suggestion for dinner, PJ walked away on cloud nine. Morgan walked away having agreed to a date with what she explained to her friends as “a very cute, very young boy”.
Neither of them may have realized it then, but they both knew something was different after the first date, and not much time has been spent apart since that night.
3.5 years later, filled with a million laughs, a lot more bad flirting, and countless incredible memories across the world, they’re so happy to make it official for a lifetime with everyone they love most!
No, I can't help it,
Feeling the way I do.
I know you feel it,
Feel it the same way, too.
